Basically, he likes to 'practice' by hitting things and people, usually repeatedly, with his bo staff, and he used to be a professional thief so he 'keeps his skills sharp' by randomly stealing small to large things from people when they aren't looking.

First Memory: Eating a strawberry sundae on a blustering summer day, after which he immediately went to sleep, thinking nothing of his sudden ability to comprehend the world around him.
Most important childhood event that still affects him/her: Beating the snot out of a bully with a nearby tree branch, and in turn taking that bully's lunch money. This happened when he was 8 years old. The bully was 10, not that it matters.
Why/How?: Well, for one, he was from that point on compelled to learn more and more about how to beat the living daylights out of people with nothing but a stick. This resulted in him becoming an excellent staff fighter, and also resulted in his habit of smacking people at random with his staff. For two, he at this point realized the joys of taking things that aren't yours, and getting away with it. Instead of becoming a bully though, he figured out how to sneak things away from people or con them out of their shoes. At his prime, he was even able to talk the devil out of his horns (figuratively).
Other memories/events that still affects him/her and why/how: Learning about Charyeoks: At around the age of 12, he was approached by a strange hooded (and masked) figure, who for whatever reason decided that it was a delightful idea to teach a poverty-bound thief and brawler of a kid how to use a charyeok. Kichirou never managed to find out who the man was, and at first didn't even believe what the man was telling him, but upon trying he quickly managed to manifest his very own Charyeok (within half an hour to be exact). If you really must ask why/how this still effects him, that is sad. However, because it is a requisite, I shall indulge. This still effects him today because he learned how to use the power of the mythical phoenix to his advantage. The way this still effects him, is by making him hecka von helladoodle badass, like most other judges. MOST. Lookin' at you, H.
Past failures s/he would be embarrassed to have people know about and why: One day, on a Seoul winter day, he actually failed a job. Yeah, crazy humiliating, right? Anyway, he was on his way to steal an extremely expensive painting. Which also happened to be a decal. On a silver Lamborghini. With actual solid gold tires. He failed because he forgot that starting the car would entail having the keys to do so, and he got really carried away with the whole escape plan, when suddenly -- you guessed it -- the car wouldn't start. This failure resulted in the Seoulian Mafia being the only organization in the world that knows his face (and isn't currently employing him, or an orphanage). Any time he sees them, he assumes that he has also been spotted and has a habit of disappearing for days, possibly weeks, literally without a trace.
Biggest role model: James Norris Bond Lee; A fictional kung-fu karate badass spy character that he made up to be his ideal image, and epitome of, badassery.
Why?: Because.... I mean... Well... Why not? He didn't have anyone else that he thought was quite badass enough.
Biggest disillusions from childhood: Magic IS real. For a long time, Kichirou didn't believe in magic. Then he summoned a phoenix. Now he knows fucking better.
History: Kichirou was born in north korea, but his parents immediately (and wisely) decided to remove him from that hell-hole, sending him off to live at an orphanage in Taebaek. From there, he grew up and learned much about the world very quickly; such as it's fun to steal. And it's fun to hit things. Also, he can summon an immortal fire chicken of death, doom, and other associated dastardly terms. Which is just... Great. As he grew up, he became more and more interested in theft, and eventually made the decision to erase himself from the world's databases entirely (which he hired some genius hacker to do), and go on to live his life as a super amazing awesome thief extraordinaire. Later, that same genius hacker contacted him again, requesting that he be a judge for some weird high school jesus kung fu battle off. He of course agreed, and now is in Kane's employment.

Posture: Shoulders back, relaxed and confident. He always looks like he belongs wherever he is, as a result of his time as a thief. Always look like you belong. He almost seems to have an air of 'chill' about him, though to some people he just seems shady (these would be the more intelligent/perceptive/empathic peoples). His back is usually hunched a bit, despite his shoulders being back, and often he has his head tilted slightly down, only making him seem even more shady, as if he wants to be able to be able to look at you, without you being able to see his eyes.
Build: Muscular, in the athletic sense not the body builder sense, and generally fairly average. Wide torso, long legs, that sort of thing. He's actually not much to write home about in the build department, but that's the point. He's honed his body to that point, because it's the least conspicuous in his experience.
Skin: Slightly yellowed, but also tanned. For the most part, his skin is smooth and unmarked, but he has a small, check-mark shaped scar on his cheek (the left one).
Hair: Messy, brown, and usually with plenty of gel in it to give it a glossy sheen. When felt, though, it doesn't feel all greasy as one would expect from gelled up hair, but instead it feels soft and a but wet, as if he had just gotten out of the shower a few moments ago, and just got done towel drying it.
Widow's peak?: No
Ears: Small, flat against his head, hardly noticeable when looking directly at him. Even when seeing him from the side, his hair usually covers it up.
Eyes: Sharp, bold, and brown. His eyes are charismatic, but dangerous and full of mystery. Essentially, he's got sexy, shifty brown eyes.
Nose: Kichirou's nose is small, taking up a little less space than it seems like a nose should (but only by a little, barely enough to notice), and is tilted upwards slightly.
Mouth: Bold, usually tilted downwards in what looks like a frown (because that's it's natural resting position), with thin lips.
Face shape: Kinda like an upside-down pentagon, if you look at it closely enough.
Expressions: The first most seen expression on Kichirou's face is his face's resting position, which accidentally makes him look like he's scowling. In this expression, Kichirou's eyebrows are tilted down, his eyes are ever so slightly narrowed, and his lips are set in the slightest frown. This can be seen, most often, as either an angry face or a determined stare. In the end, it's just what he looks like most of the time, because, as I said, it is his face's natural position.

Second, Kichirou's happy/charismatic face. This is the one where he's trying to lay down the charm. In this, his lips are tilted upwards in a pleasant smile, and his eyebrows lift up to make him look far more approachable than he normally does. His eyes are still narrowed slightly, but in this case it's to give him that sort of piercing stare that seems to make people more cooperative in a conversation, either out of intimidation or out of attraction, depending on gender, mood, and sexual orientation.

Finally, Kichirou's third most common expression is one of... I suppose you could say interest, or curiousity. This is shown quite a bit, because it is easy to interest him, and he is curious about pretty much everything. This expression has his eyes pulled open, his lips pursed (or his bottom lip being chewed upon), and his eyebrows furrowed intensely as he glares at whatever he is interested in at the moment. This can be quite creepy and intimidating if you aren't used to it, as it often looks quite similar to the 'I'm going to murder you and wear your skin' stare.
Describe their smile: Close-mouthed, usually, with the corners of his mouth tilted upwards in a gentle curve. When he smiles he isn't particularly zealous about it, but it is still clear that he is smiling, especially compared to his normal face. (His eyebrows also raise up a bit when he smiles, giving him a softer look).
Hands: Smooth and nimble, with long fingers. His hands are very sleek, which helps with his endeavors as a thief.
Feet: Very similar to his hands, but the bottoms are thoroughly calloused due to walking around with no shoes on a lot when he was younger, and also from climbing buildings barefoot.
Tattoos/Scars?: One scar on his left cheek, shaped like a check mark.
Glasses/Contacts? None, but sometimes he'll wear a pair of fake glasses to look weaker or more sophisticated, or both.

Style (Elegant, shabby, etc): Either crazy, shady, determined or elegant. Probably not elegant, but by the way he dresses he can give off that appearance, especially when trying to look charismatic or when smiling).
How does s/he dress or what do they typically wear?: He usually wears a silk uniform with long, baggy sleeves, long tassels coming off of the back (not actually tassels, but I couldn't think of another way to describe them when I wrote this. Image will be provided, no worries.) and metal bands and plates all over, one of which is designed to look like a skull on his right shoulder. He also wears leather boots with metal plates on the top of them, and a necklace with a beautiful blue crystal attached to it. I had alot of trouble trying to explain the outfit, so please refer to the character image that will be provided.
Other outfits one might find in their wardrobe: Other colored variants of the same outfit, and a suit. The suit is black, with a black undershirt and black pants/shoes/socks, and has the same demon face on it's right shoulder.
Jewelry: No piercings, but he wears a blue crystal necklace.

Health: Never been sick, not even once. He has an incredible immune system, so everyday life won't result in him getting sick. That is not to say, however, that he would be noticeably resistant to direct exposure to disease germs in a large amount.
Hygiene: Practically obsessive. He washes his hands at any chance he gets, and takes showers three times a day.
Physical Flaws: Just the scar on his face, and the fact that one of his arms is slightly longer than the other. Plus, his middle finger is the same length as his forefinger and ring finger.

Habits/OCDs/Obsessions: Well, first off Kichirou has a habit of hitting people, and things, at random. There's usually not any particular reason for it, so he'll just say it's because he felt like it, or make up some stupid reason. Or just blame it on the fact that he thought you were judge H. He also has a habit of stealing things, small or large. This really is just because he wants them, so if you don't have anything he wants, you're safe.
Speech Patterns: He usually keeps a rather flat tone, which makes him seem even shadier. Can't get much more shady than a dude who wears a demon face on his silk uniform and doesn't appear to exist talking in monotone. Other than that, his speech is fairly standard, however he occasionally makes use of eloquent wording to make him seem smarter.
Unique phrases/words: Eth. It's a made up letter that exists in all words, and it is also an insult, used to say someone is so insignificant that nobody bothers to actually use them any more.
Do they curse, and if so, to what extent?: Yes. Sometimes they call people an eth. Other than that, he uses the occasional curse to express anger or the fact that he is in pain, but tries to avoid it when in civilized company.

Describe their laugh: Rather dry, often seems forced. This is because he recognizes humor, but doesn't have the natural reaction to laugh when presented with it (or uncomfortable situations for that matter). Because of this, he feels the need to acknowledge humor with a forced "ha ha ha ha!" Style of laugh.
Describe their sleep patterns: Extremely light sleeper, usually only sleeps 5 hours a night and is fully rested, and is roused easily.
Describe their dwelling/house: Loft apartment at the top of an apartment complex. Very large, has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with decked out entertainment system, and an elevator that goes straight down into an underground garage with it's own heating. The loft also has a large public-sized swimming pool on it's roof, and three hot tubs to go along with it. It also has a small picnic area off to the side, with tables, chairs, huge shade-providing umbrellas and several grills.
Describe their bedroom: His bedroom itself is heavily carpeted, with one huge bed in the middle of the room that has covers spread all over it in random patchwork patterns, mostly cuz he just tosses them on without really caring about it looking neat. He has three large dressers lining the right wall, and the left wall has a book case all along it. There is nothing on the back wall, however.
Describe their daily rituals: Wake up, eat breakfast, play video games/watch t.v., go to work, work, come home, eat dinner, play more games, sleep, wake up. Other than those basics, his day is entirely variable, and sometimes those aren't even the case.

Why?: It was given to him one day by a very old man who had no friends or family when he was on his death bed. Kichirou listened to the man's life story, and was gifted the staff as a thank you.


Describe character's sense of morals: Take what you want, and only give it back sometimes. He likes to just take whatever he feels like, but that doesn't mean he'll keep it forever. He also sees nothing wrong with randomly hitting people or copping a feel on a hot girl, possibly slapping her ass. It's unprofessional to do so to the contestants in the tournament though, so unless they ask him to or give him permission in some way, he won't do it. This is because he also has a good work ethic, and will do his job as well as he can every time, which means nothing too unprofessional gets done, especially not something as overly unprofessional as molesting the tournament participants.

Describe character's etiquette: He's very professional, but he can also be quite uncivilized, grabbing at any woman he finds particularly attractive as long as they aren't combatants in the tournament, and hitting people/taking their things just because he feels like it.

I kid, I kid, usually he brings flowers/chocolates/something expensive and fancy that he stole, then goes wherever the lady seems to like. If he has no idea what she would like, he defaults to hanging out at the beach or going to a movie.
How would they like to propose or be proposed to?: He would like to propose by kissing the person passionately in a moment of romance (doesn't really matter what, he hasn't thought that part out yet), and while the person is distracted he slips the ring onto their finger sneakily, then wait 'til they notice and get down on one knee.

Skills:

Analysis* (2 Points): The skill of looking at the details, and deducing information. A person without this skill, is about average in the ways of looking at things and making assumptions. They look at it and get the standard info one could see from it. A character who takes this skill can look at more of the info provided faster, allowing them to put together puzzle rather quickly, learn about people by examining their outfit more closely, tell from the voice whether or not someone smokes, slightly impressive things like that.
